This unfinished oceanfront condo with its uninterrupted water and sand view was the inspiration for a beach house in the sky.  The 1700 square feet had a lot of undefined space marked by several odd angles, to which partition walls and ceiling details were added that create an entrance hall, dining area, and den, as well as an axis for the view beyond. 

Beach-inspired details include ebonized walnut floor planks, white slip covered furniture, and a Bardiglio stone brick paved outdoor deck.
